London Haven at Rutland House

Large warm comfortable apartment with everything you need.

Could have been cleaner.. plates and utensils needed cleaning before use.Door to apartment did not lock a broken key had been left so assume it's been a previous problem. No lighting working hard to see the lock to unlock the gate to get into the garden. Loose wires on the floor very dangerous I nearly tripped and fell.

Pristine condition and all facilities in the appartment in perfect working condition. Modern and clean.

Nothing special to mention

We arrived late afternoon, the area is busy as the home is situated next to a school. But being able to park at property was helpful. The property itself was amazingly clean, little snack bowl, tea/coffee/sugar and milk were a welcome surprise. Beds are so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. Everything you need, Netflix, you tube and a quiet location in the evening.

Security light outside doesn’t work sadly, but that’s it.

OK, was clean and host was helpful. snacks and water were on the table for our arrival. parking space was helpful.

small, its essentially an outhouse at the bottom of someone's garden which is deceptive as you don't get that impression from the pictures. stains on bath towel and pillow case. very small bathroom with no window! Gets very steamy stuffy and muggy!

Lovely clean apartment. Good for travelling to London. Plenty of shops and eating places.

It needs safety handles in the shower. Would have been nice to have seating outside as the weather was lovely.

Very clean. Fantastic beds. Easy access to London (Elizabeth Line). Very nice neighbourhood.
