London Haven at Rutland House

Great space, lovely soft beds with lots of linen and spare towels. Nice snack basket provided. Great location and cost for what we needed. Good checking in and out process and times.

There is a fair bit of damp/mould on the ceiling in the bathroom that would benefit from being sorted and a working extractor fan installed. The lock on the inside of the door also fell off, which wasn't a problem at all, but worth noting should the owners want to fix it.

Only a 10 minute walk to the Rail Station and then 25 to 35 minutes to London.

Next door to the primary school but generally a quiet location.

Very clean and organised. Amenities were provided including snacks which comes in handy if coming in late or rushing off early in the morning.

Passage way to access the property is very narrow but it was alright in the end.

As advertised with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. A nice touch with the snacks and drinks that were left on the table and in the fridge. Good shower and lovely large towels.

Maybe a light to access the property which was down the side and back of another property.

Great room, plenty of space, comfortable, all we could have asked for, Excellent and responsive host, close to all amenities, would definately book there again Many thanks

Think the passage getting to the premises was a bit narrow, but being in London, I'd still say it was a luxury ;)
