"Exceptional"

Having rented around Ilford for 2yrs, this was easily the best experience. Clean, accessible, fully kitted out and tastefully setup. Home away from home. Can't recommend enough.

"A comfortable flat in the right area for us."

No breakfast - self-catering. Good facilities - all appliances in working order except the shower turned cold after 10 minutes of use.

Lighting is needed outside near the lock box and in the alleyway leading to the property as it was too dark to see and therefore potentially hazardous with a child and luggage. The lock box needs oiling too as it was a bit difficult to open. The front of the property in front of the annexe (on the main road) is very messy with uncollected rubbish on the driveway where we parked our car.

"Property with good facilities but not in the nicest of areas."

Property itself is well done up and has all the facilities you can think of - washer / dryer / coking facilities Car parking space Location - train train is a short 10 minute walk

Location is a little dodgy - right by ilford lane which is noisy and the entrance to the property was dirty and messy. Whilst there is a car parking space, was slightly nervous about car safety. Check out - asked for flexibility in checkout but not provided.

Nicely spacious and very clean apartment Good amount for utilities Very lovely extra touch from hosts with biscuits chocolate and crisps and drinks left for my arrival Really nice place to stay I’d definitely stay again

Very nice and comfortable accommodation. Well equipped and a homely feel. Welcome drinks and snacks a nice surprise

Shower run out of hot water in the morning which wasn't ideal as delayed our departure. The shower room was also a bit cold
