Great location overlooking the town. Room was spacious and comfortable. Gardens were lovely to sit out and take in the views. Best was the food and service.

That we had to leave

The view from the well-appointed room was absolutely spectacular. But by far and away the best thing about the property was the staff who could not do enough for you. For example when my son was about to miss breakfast they came up with a tray for him

TOUT Tout est bien pensé, bien choisi au niveau de la décoration . La chambre est joli, peut paraître un peu petite car bien meublée . Literie très confortable L’emplacement peut paraître loin du centre mais un petit chemin permet un raccourci conséquent . Nous sommes en position dominante avec une vue splendide . Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet servi dans une porcelaine fine . Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant … rien à redire

I visited Ooty with my partner for a relaxed stay, to experience nature and see the area. We did a lot of physical activities ( hiking), and the hotel was the perfect getaway to relax after a long, rainy day. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and they helped us when we had questions. We enjoyed the gardens and views from the hotel. The food was also delicious. I would love to return to Ooty, and if I do, I am guaranteed to stay here again.

Everything was nice. No alcoholic drinks served for those interested, but there are other places/ bars near.
