Willow Hill by Nature Resorts and Stays

An excellent and very well run hotel situated in the quiet leafy green heights of Ooty but within walking distance of the town. We were pleasantly surprised by all the facilities they offered. The whole hotel is absolutely spotless and very quiet. The food is delicious. Staff were very kind and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Small, neat and clean property, great personalised service, spacious well-equipped rooms with TV offering OTT platforms, good home-like hygeinic food.... everything was excellent. Right from Vinod the Manager, Gokul at the reception, Murlidharan as a chef, Ronita and Kiva attending to guests in the dining...everybody was superb. Highly recommended. In fact, have already recommended to a friend who is going to Ooty in December.

When most of the features are so good, a few short-comings here and there have to be ignored.

Beautiful gardens, clean and comfortable rooms. Its very close to the centre yet at a quiet location. The staff, particularly the manager, is super helpful and concerned about the guest's well being. I recommend booking a driver with the hotel itself to sightsee Ooty and surrounding areas, as our driver (booked from coimbatore) was not willing to bring us around much and was creating problems for us.
