Rosa's Apartment with Terrace

Easy walk from Cagliari station about 8 mins. Antonello the host lives beneath the apartment, he met us at the apartment door. He was most friendly and helpful with lots of restaurant and places to visit tips. And he did not interfere with our privacy. There were 2 bedrooms, the bigger of which had a most relaxing comfortable bed and pillows. The separate large bathroom contained a washing machine and a bidet. The generous dining room/kitchen had a gas hob large fridge freezer and was equipped. A balcony ran the length of the flat. All rooms were clean and well furnished. The roof top large private terrace became our sitting room! There were good views and the sea could be seen. The spiral staircase had 17 steps to the roof and there were 60 steps from the entrance door to the flat. This could prove difficult for someone infirmed or old. With its excellent location in the middle of a busy restaurant area with many sites to visit and the bus station to Poetta beach close by, we can recommend this property unreservedly.

Tolle Lage im Fischerviertel, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, sehr bequemes Bett und sauberes Bad, einzig einen Toaster habe ich vermisst.

Location is good - close to restaurants

Basically there are two bedrooms separated by a wide hall to a kitchen ( no real sitting/lounge area - only one working "small TV" in the smallest of the two bedrooms) - roof top terrace is extremely " hot", during summer, and the security camera covering this terrace makes it a little uncomfortable for relaxing ( It was explained it is for safety reasons and that the host ( who lives directly below this apartment) doesn't look at it (unless there has been a problem ) - I put a cover over it and said that to the host upon Check Out and he said he knew - (which made me wonder) - access to the terrace is via a very narrow spiral staircase ( it would be very restrictive for anyone with mobility issues or larger people ) - the kitchen is ok but isn't fully equipped and new pans would improve things ( not sure how old they are but they are old) - I know a lot off people rate this fairly highly - I just didn't see it - I found it generally uncomfortable

Logement très bien placé, on a qu'à descendre les escaliers pour être dans l'hyper centre de la ville Bar, restaurant, port, gare et station routière à proximité on se sent bien dans l'appartement. Mention spéciale pour les éléments de plage, tout est là, de la serviette de plage au parasol ! Sentiment d'être à la maison. Merci à notre hôte de nous avoir fourni l'ensemble des lieux à visiter ainsi que les belles tables du coin.

The house is a traditional building very well maintained. The house is very central, and views are spectacular. The host Antonello is very responsive and friendly. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we may need. Overall an extremely nice experience.

Cleaniness, peaceful central location, good kitchenware, roomy bathroom and of course the rooftop terrace. Very nice host.

AC is only in the hallway which mean that bedroom doors need to be left open.

This property was great. Very central and good air con. It was bright & airy. With no unnecessary clutter, but everything we needed. Loved the terrace. Owners were both very friendly!
