"Nice house in a not very nice place."

Great living space and well equipped kitchen. Very attentive host, tea & coffee, easy check in, nice little courtyard. Parking on the road right outside, 3 minutes walk to the front.

Great Yarmouth isn’t a very nice place! Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t expecting Mayfair but it’s become really deprived and run down since my last visit 20 odd years ago. If you love arcades, drug dealers, and chips you’re good. The property was nice - the road/area wasn’t I’m afraid.

"Delightful all round, cannot fault the place."

Very clean, comfortable, modern, warm, very close to beach & amenities.

Downstairs bathroom but the pros far out way the cons, don’t be put off at all, it’s a lovely place & very good value.

Issues with heating, which were sorted after 2 visits from workman (property owner was very responsive and helpful) Description should mention that the bathroom is downstairs Steep stairs leading to first floor Microwave didn't work properly Stained duvet in master bedroom

"Ideal location, very clean and tidy, good decor, had everything you needed .."

Location was amazing. 2 minutes to the beach. Everything we needed was provided inc tea/coffee/sugar and towels, even Ice ! Stairs are a little steep and tight at the top if you have mobility issues but no complaints at all. Will definitely be back.

Nothing we didnt like - it was clean and tidy and really roomy..
