"Great place"

Great space, location, the balcony

Host provided a wrong code to get the key. Fortunately an employee was leaving the building and managed to let us in. Easy to fix but a big problem if you’re left alone outside

"Location, location, location..."

Location is fantastic, literally on Independence Square across from Basilica of Santa Maria! Short walks to anything and everything Casco Viejo has to offer. There were zero photos of this unit when I booked but it was very large and clean. We were pleasantly surprised.

Wasn't really a fan of the suicide shower head monstrosity or the world's smallest elevator but was better than climbing stairs ; )

Room was not as seen in the photo for the room. It was supposed to have a full kitchen but only had a bookshelf with a microwave and tiny refrigerator. No sink or burners.

"Avoid at all costs – A complete scam!"

The property is NOT on the photo. They will catfish you. The photos of the windowless dump we were given is certainly not on ANY photos. Total scam.

This place is a total bait-and-switch. The property in the photos does not exist—what you actually get is a windowless, depressing dump that looks nothing like the images they use to lure you in. They deliberately mislead guests, and once you arrive, you’re stuck with no recourse. The staff? Completely unhelpful. They act like this is normal and expect you to just accept being scammed. Any attempt to get assistance is met with indifference or excuses. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. There are plenty of honest places to stay—this is NOT one of them.

"Apartment too hot for comfort"

The location is fantastic, on the main square. The apartment has good security.

It was very hot inside the apartment. The thermostat was set to a temperature that was very uncomfortable, and we couldn’t change it.
