D avoir 3 chambres, l emplacement se trouve a 2,2 km de la gare pr prendre le train

La vaisselle salle dans les placards, le lave vaisselle et l aspirateur qui ne fonctionnent pas, pas de plat pour le four. Gros manque d ustensiles pour cuisiner.

Très bel appartement! Propre, agréable, beau mobilier!

Un peu loin de la station de train!

Muy amplio, tenía todo lo necesario. Aires en las habitaciones. Todo muy bueno y muy comodo

Tal vez la distancia al centro. Son 20 minutos caminando, pero tiene 300 más de subida.igual a 100mts pasa un cole q deja en el centro

It was modern and stylish with plenty of room and had great views over the city of La Spezia We liked being amongst the local people .

No air conditioning in one of the bedrooms but otherwise very comfortable.

Lovely apartment with great view from the balcony.

It would have been good to have had some information about the area which buses to get etc especially as the apartment was further from the centre than we thought. It would have been good to have more than 1 wine glass and some pegs to hang out washing.

We had a good collaboration with the staff. The apartment has a wonderful view of the harbour. Parking found at any hour in the courtyard. Very comfortable beds. Appreciated the white sheets. All smelled fresh and good. Verry clean. Air-conditioning in every room (don't forget to empty the condensation vessels from the balcony when full) . Hot water any time. Washing machine and dryer were really handy. I would happily come back. Was really nice. We stayed for 7 nights. Place is on the way to Porto Venere but you can take the bus anywhere. We had a car. As a kind recommendation, a microwave would be top, some more glasses and some trays for the oven. Anyway top accommodation. Thank you!

The View of the house is very beautiful

It is far away from Supermarket and without car it is really hard. For such places, in addition to cleanliness and furniture, items such as basic needs (salt, oil, laundry and dishwashing tablets, etc.) are necessary. For a 2 or 3 day stay, it is not reasonable for you to buy these items because they are big and take a lot of time.

everything was good, but would have liked soap and shower gel in the bathroom. for 2 days there was a small jar of shampoo for each and that's it.
