If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of GBP 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of GBP 5.97 per guest. This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs GBP 25 to check in after 18:00PM. A surcharge fee of GBP 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of GBP 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of GBP 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Horrible and never again, complete rip off"

Nothing, it’s absolutely disgusting, this is pure false advertisement and should be illegal!

They have hidden costs PLEASE AVOID my tv was smashed in by previous occupants, the room was smelly, the toilets worse than a clubs toilets!! Please save your money

The size

When we got to the property the TV was smashed the window was smashed it was very noisy didn't get much sleep the the bathroom sink dropped all its water all over your feet every time you use that the floors were sticky and the AI automated system was terrible no stuff to call for an emergency and the pictures that are on booking.com are not the same

The advertised accommodation, presented as a Dulux apartment, was in reality a substandard hostel. The conditions were unsanitary and unsuitable for use, and the representation on booking.com was misleading. My formal complaint regarding these issues has not been adequately addressed. Specific concerns include the absence of fire alarms, the presence of mold, an insufficient supply of kitchenware (two plates for eleven occupants), and the lack of a kettle. Furthermore, both the bathroom and kitchen floors presented safety hazards. Given the false advertising and breaches of regulatory standards, I intend to pursue legal action.

"awful, unclean, disgusting."

Didn't have check-in instructions on the day. have to chase various numbers to even get this information. even then the instructions wasn't great. we also got let into the building by another guest.

room wasn't cleaned, window broken and tv broken. bugs in the room and bedding dirty with more bedding over the floor. beer can in the bin so clearly hadn't been cleaned. conditions are awful, communal showers horrible. even the neighbours said good luck in there. we was moved to another room, this was also dirty and disgusting. the shower was flooded, the rooms where messy. and everything was broken and scratched. there was a pigeon and feces all over the seating area, with a damaged roof. we left and had to pay for another location with out refund.
