Messaged the property to change check in times which was fine, but no instruction about an online check in till a day later when stuck outside the property for hours at night. Tried to call and the phone number was not active.

Do not use this property, not helpful whatsoever. I requested a refund which has not been issued even though their instructions were unsatisfactory for checking in to this property outside of normal hours. Was unable to stay and had to pay for another hotel.

I don’t like anything at all!!!

Everything was a mess the rooms where messy the floor was dirty and the photos on booking.com are nothing compared to the room in real life,it was totally uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep at all we stayed awake all night and left the next day. The door was so hard to open we literally felt like breaking it down so we could get out. The beds kept creaking and it was so unstable one single move the whole bed moves. The pillows stink. And they were not comfortable and the mattress where as thin as paper my child literally felt the metal.Don’t even get me started on the down stairs bathroom, it was covered in writings and it was like a whole storage room because it just was filled with bags and suitcases and just random stuff in general. Absolutely unbelievable. There were pictures of things like Harlequin and a cop without a head and a cow. It was so random as well like why is there fake grass near the front door and why is there broken chairs? If you’re gonna make a hotel then make it proper for your guest. And I really don’t know why you asked for Passports/IDs and we couldn’t get in for an HOUR we even asked the hotel next door to help but even he couldn’t help us! Honestly, this hotel should be shut down in my opinion it’s disgusting and unacceptable. (And all the blankets and pillow were downstairs outside in a closet)

The toilets are a extremely hygienic hazard, black mold in the showers , no hot water , no soap , no hand soap, and there was urine covered on the floor and seat, during the night a gentlemen left liquid poo absolutely all over the cubicle it was absolutely horrific. I did not feel safe at the slightest , our door continuously rattled with people knocking at 6 am , people attempting to open our door. We stayed out until 5 am to completely avoid coming back to this hotel DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE ROOM !!!!! gross , stinky , moldy , rubbish everywhere , A RANDOM SOCK???
