Shocking place so liked nothing

The place was beyond shocking , showers were black with mould and no lighting in them , very cold , room was filthy , couldn't open windows no heating and heater provided was broken , 1 coat hanger in total , only 1 sink in toilet worked which was also filthy , beds were dirty on arrival , we asked for a remote controller in order to put it on and were promised it would be dropped off but never was so 4 autistic children had no access to help there sensory needs and they were all disregulated , no toaster as promised, microwave didnt work properly , a huge crack in window , says when booking there's a balcony but u cant use it as windows are jammed shut , outdated decor and a very all together dark and dismal place to stay I strongly reccomend avoiding at all cost , for the money you cqn find far better for the 380 I spent on this place and I will be taking this matter further for the unnecessary turmoil it has put myself and my children through for 3 days , for example my 4 year old has regressed back to nappies as he was too scared to use toilets, none of us could shower because there was urine in shower

Everything about the place is poor, rooms are dirty, facilities are poorly place and there's no staff you can talk to. Poor lightening system, dirty.environment. Not recommended for stay

I was completely screwed over by this booking. It was meant to be a 350 square feet room with 4 beds (even though I only booked it as 1 person). The first room they gave me the code for had a bunk bed and the room was not much bigger than the bunk bed. I complained and they gave me a code for another room on that floor, which was bigger (had 2 beds in) but was more like 150 square feet. Definitley not what I booked and paid for. The booking description said it included sattelite TV, fan, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, free toiletries and so on. It had a kettle and that ws about it. They did bring me a fan when I complained, and took a TV off the wall in the room next door and put it in my room (still with the wall fittings) but it was only internet TV, no aerial or sattelite connected. I was charged nearly £300 for a tiny room at the top of the house and without the facilities it was meant to have. Broken lightbulbs in the room and at the top of the stairs too which they did not replace despite me asking. A total scam. After my multiple complaints over several hours (all by WhatsApp, the only way to communicate with them), they said that I could cancel and get a refund, which was no help. I had to be in Brighton to work for the next 3 days and it was Pride weekend so everywhere was obviously already booked. They also gave the wrong code for the key safe for the top floor of the building where my room(s) were - it was only because I actually saw the janitor who gave me the correct code.
