Waterside by Greene King Inns

Didn’t really get chance to sample the breakfast in full as I needed to depart by 07:15. Perhaps should consider starting breakfast at 06:30 Monday to Friday?

Hotel is crying out for a refurbishment, it’s very dated. It’s so far behind compared to say premier inn rooms which have been refurbished over the last few years.

The location was good

The bathroom was small the shower was awful it was very clean I could get any sleep the doors were banging all night I was meant to be staying here for two nights but at 4.30 am I had enough I booked another hotel I never got any sleep absolutely terrible hotel

This is a good base to visit our son who recently moved to the area. The accommodation is separate from the restaurant making the stay more enjoyable.

Nothing .clean if not a little dated.

I stay here 2/3 times a year for location and food, the only thing i can complain about is the shower heads are so small it takes 20 minutes to take a shower, change to rain head or a shower with a cable, they would save a fortune on hot water.

Breakfast was great,staff lovely.

Clean but bed bases were shabby and the single mattress was not comfy. Food at the pub was good staff at reception good.

The single bed was worn and bed bases were marked and looked dirty. Bathroom bit small. Ground floor next to the car park. Couldnt sleep with the window open.
