"Good value, but needs some TLC"

Very helpful staff & great breakfast. Was able to give me a ground floor room which was a bonus

Some mould and water damage in bathroom. Felt a bit run down.

"Overall good stay."

I liked that the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were good. The hotel was quiet after 12 am. Good sleep. TV was good. We didn't have breakfast. For the price I would have expected a light breakfast to be included.

The water was scalding hot and no mixer tap on the sink made this situation worse.
