central location to most places I need to be at..room was perfect size for me.

personal take: dark shower curtains felt inclosed, better with clearer curtains brings light in, and curtain design would be best with island vibe and room design not paris.

There are many offerings thru 3rd party participants that do not compare to this offering . Cleanliness was top tier. The location of the room is in great distance to the mall. Parking is easily accessible thru 2nd floor.

CAUTION WARNING - Please read my feedback to avoid being scammed. The hotel lobby was fine but the Condo unit room 729 was dirty. Layers of dust were on top of the air conditioner unit and the closet floor. When the air conditioner was ON, you can see the dust flying everywhere. The independent management service (Jet Team) used the closet to store their cleaning supplies and as a broom closet. There were no "clothes hangers" provided. The closet is not usable for hanging clothes due to no hangers and dust balls on the floor. The carpet is not clean, lots of dirty stains with multiple large dirty spots. The floor lamp is broken, not usable. The legs on the nightstand between the 2 beds were broken and would collapse. There was a used dirty rubber glove left on the floor behind the nightstand. Mildew was on the bathroom shower tiles and around the handicap bar. The towels were dirty and incomplete (only 2 wash towels and bath towels, no hand towels) and no floor mat for the shower. There was only about 1/8 of left over toilet paper in the roller and no additional/extra toilet rolls/paper were provided in the bathroom. The cabinet spaces were used as storage for their cleaning supplies, you cannot use it to unpack your stuff. When we texted and contacted the property manager, Jed Ding, for resolutions on all the problems in the room, he offered no doable resolutions. He also doesn't return call. I would give Jed Ding at the Jet team a big "0" rating. He is a scammer. Overall, it was a horrible experience for us. I would not want anyone to experience what we went through and have your vacation spoiled.

1. EXTRA FEES. This apartment charges you extra 50 activation fee and 30usd per day for using the facility. There is no heads up notice in the description, and they sneakily messaged you one day before your check-in, when it's too late to cancel or book other hotels. You could at least write that in the description instead of tricking people to pay upon check-in. 2. ZERO ROOM SERVICE. This is not a hotel room! It's a privately managed room inside the hotel and that's it! I stayed here for SIX NIGHTS, and received zero room service: NO trash pick up, NO bed sheets change, NO new towels! I contacted the owner for new towels, they send towels to the front desk two days later, and ask you to pick up by yourself! 3. WEIRD SMELL IN BED. The room is dark and humid with a weird wet smell in bed sheets.

It was not an apartment. Just a hotel room with zero extras (not even a spoon for the coffee)

Great location. So close to the convention center and the Ala Moana mall

Wanted the towels changed at least every 2 days even if we had to pay.
