location was good

the guy charged me more for city tax, plus beds were so hard gave me body pain. shower was broken. place does not look like the pic's

Unaware after we booked we had to pay city tax... It is GLARINGLY OBVIOUS the apartment needs some maintenance and a serious uplift. NOT value fir money Curtain eyelets broken - could not fully close curtain. Kettle an hazard: didn't switch off automatically... it's designed to switch off when it is boiling Didn't bother watching TV, tried setting it up, didn't work Some AC units removed from where they are needed most. Booking.com NEEDS to send a rep to physically look at the apartment and take it off the market.

Man came knocking late at night to collect the tax payment as if we weren’t going to pay it. Really startled us.

A big apartment has easy access and there's a restaurant right down stairs

Mechanic shops near the apartment are working and there's no parking spot crowded called the host to confirm and he answered me it's not 15 o clock yet

Basically nothing.

Check-in was late because they were not ready with the cleaning. The pictures show only the nice stuff. Dirty bathroom, dirty and smelly kitchen.

Some furnitures are there just for the fotos, you can not used because they are broken. This place definitely needs maintenance, some facilities at the bathroom are almost felling down. But the guy that gave us the keys was very kind, and the beds were comfortable.
