Everything was very good. Responsive and friendly staff, clean rooms.

We really enjoyed our trip in Rabat. The apartment location is very good , beech and old madina with walk. There is local farm market as well just behind the street for fresh vegetables and fruits. Also near by is superstore Merjan where you can buy all the groceries including meat and chicken.

The apartment is very spacious and it was clean. The location was OK it is close to the Medina but you have to walk about 22min not that bad.

The bathroom leaks, a water leak is coming from the hot water boiler it needs to be replaced. We entered and the entire bathroom floor was soaked. We placed a bucket to collect the water and informed the owner they said someone would come and fix it. I'm guessing this is a recurring issue I just saw some reviews complaining about the same thing. I did not like they did not provide small face towels. I had to ask for more towels we were a family of 5 and only 2 towels were left. It's right off the road so it's very noisy, not sure if the apartment above is rented or if it's a rental space but every morning around 5 AM they were moving tables and chairs very loud.

Good location

We had consistent issues with the flat over the course of our 3-day stay, which caused extensive inconvenience for guests. - The towels, sofas, shower and surfaces were all dirty with stains. - The boiler unit was leaking. - There was an exposed light in the kitchen dangerously close to the sink. - One of the bedroom doors did not shut the whole way. - The front door look was faulty and, even after the host's initial repair, completely broke which meant we were unable to leave the flat (we could not lock the door behind us). We tried to request a partial refund for the stay, but were refused by the hosts who have since ceased contact with us.
