Such an amazing place. The owner, Sameera, treats every guest with amazing kindness and makes sure everything runs smoothly and comfortably for the guests. There’s space for socializing, activities he can plan, and amazing breakfast. The rooms and bathroom are kept clean and there’s free water for guests. I can’t wait to be back again. Thank you.

Nice hostel, good position in the city

The dorm may have been cleaner, I found multiple stains in my bedsheets. Also, each dorm bed has a fan directly pointed towards it: it can be excessive when sleeping, and mine is was very dusty

I had a wonderful stay at HiriCurry Hostel during my visit to Hiriketiya, Sri Lanka. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and supportive The hostel provides great amenities like a shared fridge, free drinking water, and a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of hammocks and a few board games. Since I visited during the quieter off-season, the vibe was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beautiful Hiriketiya Beach, and close to the main road, which made it easy to pick up supplies or grab a bite from nearby local food spots. Overall, HiriCurry is a great choice for both solo and couple travelers. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a laid-back, clean, and convenient place to stay in Hiriketiya.

In a good location near to dickwella and hiriketiya. Cheap stay

Although the property is cheap it is not good value . The bathrooms were not cleaned or bins emptied throughout our two nigh stay .Staff seemed to never be there .Misleading reference and reviews as breakfast is not included . Very hot sleep fans were not sufficient . Tried to complain when we were there but no staff around so couldn’t . Wouldn’t stay again

We LOVED hiricurry - we actually stayed there for a total of 11 nights as we fell in love with Hiriketiya and didn't want to leave! the staff were so accommodating for us. The breakfast was also delicious! And we couldn't have picked a better location, only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, so we could surf everyday! Thank you so much for having us!
