A modern and homely apartment

This was a very clean, comfortable residence, if you are going to the Strathearn Centre this is perfectly located

It was in a good, central location and was very clean and tidy. It had everything that we needed for our 2 night stay.

The route to the front door is very shabby. We also had problems with the front door lock (there’s a knack to locking and unlocking the door from the inside and outside. I’d advise that you ask to be shown). Only 2 of the 6 of us figured out “the knack”.

The worst thing about our stay was the lack of service from booking and the landlord. They charge a lot and ask for a huge deposit but then nobody helps when you are truly in an emergency (trapped in the flat) and need help. The landlord is just into making money and does not care about your safety. It is UNSAFE. There is a cheap feel to it. The lock has obviously been fitted cheaply because it broke and locked us in during our stay. We couldn't get a hold of anyone for around an hour. Got through to booking who assured me they'd call me back if we got cut off and then hung up on me while I was trapped in the flat. I've written to them but they have ignored that part of my complaint. Half the mattresses were very very old and incredibly uncomfortable so pot luck which one you get. There was birds poo on the wall in my bedroom coming from a sky light. The plug socket in the hall is coming off the wall and is very very dangerous for children.

Lovely good sized rooms, small things like the washing up liquid/ tea/coffee.

It is up 2 flight of steep stairs. Worth it at the top.

Was like a home from home so clean and cosey
