I had so much fun stayed at Sacred Beji. It was so fantastic. Staff were extremly friendly. They serve you well and provide anything you need. All areas were comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you Sacred Beji. I’d definitely come back!

Beautiful villa in the Ubud Forest...lovely private pool and pretty decor...Very friendly staff....very efficient communication.

Confusing info regarding the pick-up point from where the Car dropped us and where the Buggy from the Villa picked us up. Breakfast was great...but could have more options. The open shower and outside area in the bathroom was soaking wet as it rained for 2 of the 3 days...perhaps some cover for the shower would work for rainy days....

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mitten im Dschungel. Das Hotel war traumhaft gelegen und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders der Pool mit Blick in die Natur war ein absolutes Highlight. Der Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das gesamte Team hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig, exklusiv und gleichzeitig sehr herzlich.

My stay at Sacred Beji by GenuineHost was truly wonderful. The staff is exceptional — kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and peaceful, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The location is simply breathtaking, right in the middle of the jungle, making it feel like a true retreat. What made this stay especially meaningful to me is what happened when I got sick during my visit. I was traveling alone and couldn’t go to a pharmacy to get medication. The staff went far beyond anything I could have expected. They personally went to the pharmacy to get different medicines for me, adjusted my meals so I could eat, regularly checked in on how I was feeling, and even prepared a traditional Balinese medicinal drink. Being sick away from home is never easy, but they made my recovery as comfortable and caring as possible. For that, I am incredibly grateful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful stay with truly heartfelt hospitality.

The restaurant is beautifully located and fits very well with the overall atmosphere of the property. It is important to note that breakfast is not provided by the restaurant — breakfast was excellent and clearly separate from the restaurant service. As for the restaurant food itself, my experience was mixed. While some guests may enjoy it, the dishes were often not to my personal taste. I understand that taste is subjective, but for me the dishes did not consistently meet the high standard set by the accommodation and the outstanding service of the staff. With some improvements to the kitchen, the restaurant could better match the otherwise excellent experience at Sacred Beji.

The food at Jackfruit Restaurant is great. The wildlife in the jungle part of property is captivating. The sound of running water from creeks and waterfalls is awesome. The reception staff are helpful. The bungalow is adorable and bed is very comfortable.

I don’t like that it’s not owned by a Balinese person. Had I know that, I wouldn’t have booked it. Everyone wants to visit Bali because of its unique culture but sadly many Balinese are outcompeted by foreigners & other Indo islanders coming to make money off of Bali. All while Balinese culture is threatened by this, the island is getting trashed, & the Balinese suffer economically. I also wasn’t a fan of the staff at Sacred Beji working under & around my bungalow during the day & night, while I was obviously in the room. Hard to relax with such sounds of maintenance & construction.
