It's a hidden gem within the jungle. Lush green nature everywhere, little hidden valley to explore, the outdoor bathroom was amazing everything is very clean, nice staff there, Ami was very helpful booking a trip for me.

The location is bit off, but totally worth it. Has an amazing gardening fitting perfectly to the jungle environment. Sacred water is a wonderfull hidden gem of the location. The bathroom with a bath is just the best. wide variety of breakfast choice. Freshly prepared for you when you wake up.

Unfortunately their spa area was under reconstruction, still offered a massage, but too pricy for a less relaxing alternative environment.

It was a very special experience, staffs are so kind and very patient.

Rooms are very clean but it is in the middle of the forest so there are many mosquitoes & bugs in the room. Hope the management can figure some out to protect customers from mosquito bites.

Room and cleaness Room was truly beautiful and clean, bathroom was stunning i think it was really great value for the price of the room. 10/10 Staff Ami was great, very, friendly and helpful. Always smiling and giving out positive energy. Other staff members were also very kind to us. 10/10 Instructions and text response time of front desk Instructions were crystal clear and front desk answered within minutes 10/10 Food at the hotel Breakfast menu was big enough, so there was option for everyone. There is also restaurant which same as the room, is truly stunning. 7/10 Activities at the hotel Hotel has very relaxed pool, jacuzzi and also provides (for fee) many activities around the area. Wifi in our room was great. 10/10 Sleep Nothing bothered us during our stay. 10/10

Location Since hotel is in outside ubud area it is more-less in the middle of nowhere, we found it difficult to rent a scooter since scooters at hotel are overpriced, also there are no restaurants and outside of hotel there is really nowhere to walk. Around hotel there is construction work, which however did not bothered us during our stay. 3/10

It was really beautiful. The nature was so nice. It was very calm.

There are no signs where is reception/lobby when entering. The signs led me to carry my bags down many stairs only to see no signs of where to go next. I roamed around for 10 minutes up and down a lot of stairs in the jungle before I could find a staff member who told me reception is somewhere completely different. It was quite a frustrating start to my trip. It seems like a new place that hasn't quite figured out yet how to make guests feel welcome and taken care of.

Location was extreemly nice away from chaos and loudness. A really good place to unwind and recharge. Special thanks to Ami, who was taking care of us and was beyond nice and always ready to help.
