Location and the room

What a amazing place, the staff is super friendly, the food is really good, the rooms are amazing! Ami and Nata are the two most beautiful people I've ever met. So friendly and helpful, Ami is basically like your personal assistent! She does everything for you and really goes that extra mile! The room is clean and amazing, you walk through a amazing scenery while you go to your Vila.

There was a bird on the roof that loved to wake me up time to time haha but it was not a big deal. A lil thing I'm quite tall 1,90cm+ and the mirror in the bathroom was a lil bit to low for me to use but also not a problem all western luxury problems we complain about!

After deciding to extend our holiday last minute, we booked this place without looking into it too much. We were worried upon arrival as it had only been on booking.com for a few weeks and no reviews. When we go there, our concerns were quickly dissipated. The place is beautiful and very competitive on price for around Ubud. A huge shoutout to the team members working here, specifically, Jeki & Ami. No matter what we needed they were there to assist with haste. Jeki even ran into town to buy some items for us. Rooms were made daily. The place was clean, which is a big deal for me and my wife. We had an issue which was no fault of the Pramana's, but were offered a compensatory spa experience from it. I really hope that the upkeep on the villa's stays consistent and this place remains the gem it is.

A chair in the room would have been nice, apart from that the experience was amazing. It takes a while to get into Ubud from here, about 30-40min by scooter when busy.
