There was a hot tub. Great location right at the beach

The problem should be a on time problem. There was renovation done at the hotel. Unfortunately, it was right around our window. And the repairs continued until 8:30pm. I understand that there was bad weather coming in the next days and the repairs where need to be completed before. I am not sure but maybe a better room assignment could have prevented the problem.

Proximity to the water It was nice to take a walk around the premises. Lovely place.

Didn't have breakfast option.

Couldn't get the TV with Dish to work.

Clean, warm room. easy parking, loved the hot tub.

As we checked in at 7:30pm, the office was closed and I was not sure how to checkin. I finally found an employee who got me my key from the office and helped us. Also, the code for the Hot Tub did not work with the lock. Luckily a guest already there helped us get in. Also, the DVD player in the room did not work. Tried 3 different commercial movie DVDs. Also, it was almost impossible to understand how to switch the TV from Satelitte to DVD. Finally found two buttons on the remote which allowed the switch. It would have been nice to have how to switch from Satelitte to DVD in the detailed instructions provided at checkin. My wife could not sleep because the in room heater was too loud when it turned on. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you
