Einen Tag vor Anreise haben wir die Ausweisdaten wie im Mail bei Buchungsbestätigung übermittelt und nach der Schlüsselübergabe angefragt. Hierzu hat uns eine Sprachnachricht erreicht, dass die Wohnung nicht mehr vermietet wird. Die Kosten wurden jedoch bereits belastet. Wir mussten nun in der Nacht für die ganze Familie eine neue Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für den nächsten Tag buchen. Mir wurde die Rückerstattung des Gastgebers per Sprachnachricht garantiert. Allerdings hätte nicht er den Betrag einbehalten, sondern Booking. Booking hat sich seit Tagen nicht gemeldet und den Chat wegen Inaktivität geschlossen!? Wir haben jeden Tag eine Nachricht hinterlassen. Man kann leider kein Vertrauen haben, wenn man so reinfällt. Weder zu dem Gastgeber noch zu Booking.

My booking to Velvet Luxury Boutique Apartment City Centre was cancelled without warning me. After landing in Zagreb I stood front of the house and couldn`t open the key-box with the code they sent me only a few hours before. Then I sent a notification to the host and only then I´ve got the notice, that my booking was cancelled. Great timing!! I didn`t get the reason or a good explanation about that. And now I was in the situation, where I had to find a new accommodation on high season !

Could not stay in apartment as check in did not work as described. Tried to reach landlord but no response at all. Had to search for a new apartment at 22:00 in the evening!! Still in contact with booking regarding a refund. Absolutely inacceptable.

Close to station

The hotel cancelled the booking at 16:00 however they are yet to contact Booking.com to cancel the booking. Now im wasting my holiday time having to to this. Had to pay double for alternative accomodation due to last minute booking, find transport to the new accomodation.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Very comfortable, excellent facilities, well designed and a lot of thought gone into the clever use of areas. Gutted I was only there for an overnight sleep! Great communication from the host. Entrance is a little shabby, but after you've opened the front door, it's completely unexpected. Beautiful ❤️ 5-10 min walk to the bus station. Bed was one of the best I've slept in. So comfy.

SCAM... SCAM... Don't give your money to this people. When we arrived, we couldn't enter the property and the landlord didn't pick up the phone and wrote a message there is a broken pipe in the appartement and he said that canceled the reservation, which is not true and the reservation has not been canceled and we were left on the street in the evening,whitout place to stay. Unfortunately, we had to book another appartement to stay at the last moment. I wanted refund for the reservation, but nobody responded to me. Also the reservation has not been canceled and they sent us message if we have enjoyed our stay in the appartement, which has never happened.
