I am extremely disappointed with my stay and feel it is necessary to formally report what happened. The service was unacceptable, and the room was extremely small. Most concerning, the blanket was visibly dirty, with what appeared to be blood stains and short hairs resembling dog hair. Additionally I am pregnant, hygiene is not optional but essential, and this situation caused me serious distress. Despite reporting the issue immediately and making several calls to both Booking and the owner, nothing was done promptly. The room remained unclean for most of the following day. The cleaning staff only arrived after 4:00 PM the day after my arrival. When they arrived and I showed them the photos of the dirty sheets, they did not appear surprised at all. Their reaction made it clear that the sheets had not been changed before my arrival. The cleaning staff entered while I was in the middle of an important work call, moving around the room during my meeting, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. For hygiene and health reasons, and considering my pregnancy, I decided to leave the property one day earlier than planned. I requested a refund at least for the night I was unable to sleep besides having left the accommodation earlier and having informed the owner due to these unacceptable hygienic conditions. However, this was completely refused, demonstrating a total lack of respect and sensitivity.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες ακριβώς. Μικρό, αλλά λειτουργικό. Μοντέρνο, ωραία αισθητική, ωραίο vibe. Είναι μόνο λίγο κρύο. Για ένα άτομο τέλειο, για δύο μια χαρά, αν δεν κάθεσαι και όλη μέρα μέσα. Έχει μια πολύ ωραία αυλίτσα! Και η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, καθώς φτάνεις με τα πόδια σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος και οι στάσεις λεωφορείου και μετρό είναι ακριβώς μπροστά από το σπίτι.
