Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Ωραίο το design του χώρου. Βολική τοποθεσία.

Αρκετά κρύο. Το κλιματιστικό δεν έπιανε καλά σε όλο τον χώρο. Το νερό στο μπάνιο ήταν χλιαρό.

Αν και μικρό είχε πολύ καλό σχεδιασμό, και από πρακτικής όψεως, αλλά και από καλλιτεχνικής.

Το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο είναι οι σκάλες για το κρεβάτι. Ήταν λίγο απότομες και χωρίς κάποιο προστατευτικό. Εύκολα θα μπορούσε κάποιος να γλιστρήσει ειδικά τη νύχτα.
