Abbas the manager will try to do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is perfect for swimming and relaxing. 15 min walk on the beach on low tide to all other restaurants in Jambiani. The staff is very attentive and helpful. No extra wish is not fulfilled. We can definitely recommend it to anyone who wants peace and relax.

Once the restaurant and bar with cocktails opens then the 9 will be a 10.

Jambiani is quiet in general compared to nearby Paje. There are only a few rooms on the premises which means that the premises can never get too crowded. The property is well maintained and everything is clean. Breakfast was great at the hotel however its costs $15 per adult per day. Sandwiches are available to order from the hotel. Pizza and pasta can be ordered from a partner hotel.

Other than the meal options already mentioned you will need to travel to other restaurants - traveling costs money. This is not a bad representation of the hotel. I'm just noting so that travelers consider this. The on-site restaurant was almost complete so enquire from the hotel about this before traveling. Other people mentioned bicycles but we did not see this nor was it offered to us so not sure if its still an option.

The Staff was super friendly. Abasi and rest of the team made sure our stay was fantastic.

Booking.com website and the facilities offered did not match. The website cited free airport transfers but this was not an option. Did not ask but the spa cited was not clearly visible

I wanted to somewhere away from the tourist crowds, with a beautiful, deserted beach to walk along, some restaurants nearby in walking distance and a nice pool. This was perfect.

everything was great. And the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were very well-maintained and clean and kept that way.
