Vemaga Luxury Stay in Pompeii

In a great location, walking distance from the ruins of Pompeii you'll find a boutique hotel with only a few rooms and the loveliest host one can find. The room was super comfortable and breakfast was wonderful

The room and its spaciousness was outstanding: there was a large bed, a large and luxurious shower and plenty of space to relax in. The host was very kind and helpful in all respects, even by messaging when we needed help or advice. The breakfast room was open all the time and we were allowed to take a coffee/tea, snacks (including many vegan/gluten-free options) or water bottles whenever we liked. The accommodation is very close to all essentials in Pompei: the train stations (Trenitalia as well as Circumvesuviana), the central square and the less touristic entrance to Pompei (Amfiteatro).

The room was quite noisy, on the one hand from the busy street below, but especially since the room is adjacent to the breakfast room which means that you cannot sleep in when other guests are having breakfast early. The breakfast itself was not exceptional: there was always juice, yoghurt, cereals, some fruit, and a lovely coffee/tea machine, but in general there could have been more fresh items (e.g. bread, croissants) next to the packaged items (which do have the advantage that we could take them on our day trips!).

We recived family room, Very clean and comfortable, Varonica was very nice and janarus, all the minibar was free of charge, the place is near to the centre and the historic place, very recommended.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and were able to provide good directions/recommendations for food. They even called restaurants for us to find reservations. Phenomenal breakfast spread in the morning with fresh espresso, fruit. pastries, cold cuts, etc. 10 minute walk from Trenitalia station.

It was a little hard to find at first. It is down a side street with no signage except for the name on a door buzzer. Small elevator but that's just being nitpicky to fill in the word count of this box.

the room (2)only are very big, very well designed,high quality everywhere .The bed is excellent,very confortable king,bathroom is large and equip with all you need, the living room as a good sofa to watch t.v and another t.v. in bedroom section. There’s a nice veranda with plants and flowers to enjoy

wonderful - very modern - with beautiful extras!! Lovely couple! 3 rooms - small „Hotel“ but Fantastico!! And you feel like a king from the first minute! Waterbootles free as much a you need!!

Vemaga Luxury Stay has three big advantages: a great location for exploring ancient Pompei, first-class accommodations and warm Italian hospitality. From the apartments, it’s an easy 20 min walk to the main entrance of the Pompei ruins and only an 10-minute walk to the main train station served by TrenItalia. Near the main entrance to the ruins is also the circumvesuviana train stop (different train company; see internet for schedule), which will take you to the ruins at the sister city of Herculaneum. Also near the apartment is a pedestrian zone with shopping and good restaurants. My modern apartment was a suite equipped with a separate living room with sofa, a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed (great pillows) and a desk, and a large bathroom with double “rain shower” heads. Everything was very clean and all the furnishings were first-class, including monogrammed sheets and attractive artwork. Wifi worked perfectly and there were complimentary drinks and snacks. Air conditioning and heating can be set with a remote control and the double-insulated windows keep out noise from the street. The best part was the heartfelt hospitality from Veronica and Rosella. They arrived first thing in the morning in the adjoining breakfast room to make fresh espressos and attend to guests’ needs. There was a rich breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and non-gluten snacks and non-dairy products for coffee and cereal. They even made take-away sandwiches on request. Both love to chat and get to know their guests. When I left, I felt like I had made new friends. That kind of hospitality is rare.

Some minor nitpicks: The green LED lights on heating/air conditioning in the room were very bright at night. The apartment is located on a busy street, but the new windows do a good job in shutting out the noise. The apartments directly adjoin the breakfast room, so this is not the best setup for late sleepers.

Warm welcoming! Spotless clean, great location (we could walk to the old city of Pompeii and the city center). Its 3rd floor but there is an elevator Breakfast was generous, and the room was big, brand new with a big comfortable bed.
