"Sad and ruined our experience."

Bugs in the property that had been there for some time. Insufficient cutlery for all members of the party. Toaster had a mind of its own didn’t work properly but property ignored our plea, shower dangerous slipped and banged head off the wall in the shower area, shower head faulty took three days to fix

Only good part about this properly was the comfortable mattress, over all the property was dirty, tatty outside area, seating was overused and not maintained. Insufficient cutlery for all members of the party, pans in oven used and dirty. Shower broken took three days to fix with only staying four days this was very frustrating. Maintenance guy very apologetic but customer service of this apparent “retreat” was a lot to be desired. They attended early morning while people slept and didn’t bother to return until contacted and pushed again and again

Location

Outside the back of the cabin and only outside ours, there was yellow tape attached to some trees. This could have spoilt photos, so certain pics we couldn’t take anywhere near that area. I believe the tape was relating to electric cables?

Comfortable, modern, and clean.. Had everything we needed for a great stay.. We will be back..

Couple of stains on sofa’s, need a bit of a steam clean.. The only thing that let it down..
