Pavlatos Apartments & Studios

Pavlatos Apartments are situated on the edge of Sami with a fantastic view across the bay. Plenty of parking, lovely comfortable, clean rooms which have very efficient aircon and everything you could want in a self catering apartment.

Was just perfect for us.

Comfortable apartment with good finishes. Lovely family run business. We were treated like celebrities at Adonis restaurant.

The view off the balcony was wonderful, sea view and mountain view, very pretty view at night too with all the lights & lots of swallows cleaning up the bugs by the lemon trees below which we enjoyed watching every morning & very few mosquito bites . very good service from the staff, lovely family business . we were looked after very well nothing was too much trouble. Good location for sami and the North of the island . We would definitely return .

With it being on the edge of a town, it was a bit noisy with road noise at certain times on the balcony that is to be expected though to be fair. There was not a toaster as stated but messaged the owners and next day a brand new toastie machine was delivered and as we had picked up a virus flying out this came in very useful!

The shower was a bit small, as my husband is a large 6 foot man, and even myself as a small 5 feet 2" find it difficult

Very clean and quite modern. Well equipped and air conditioned. Great view from the balcony. Comfy bed.

Tiny bathroom and although it was most definitely clean there was a fairly unpleasant smell from the floor drain.

Simple but comfy studio, with a nice balcony and a great view. It was a good value for money since it was a base to explore some nearby locations, it delivered what I needed with comfort, and it's a walking distance from restaurants and market. Sami does not have big appeal just for itself, but it's very close to other beautiful beaches in the region, and from the ferry if you wanna explore Ithaca.

Even though the kitchen had most of what I needed to cook, there was some important stuff missing, like a cheese grater, wood or silicon spoons to use in the pots without damaging, wine glasses, cutting knifes, etc. There is a lot of mosquitos, that can be annoying to enjoy the balcony sometimes, but the windows have nets to protect the inside.

Great value for money apartment. Everything we needed for 2 people sharing. Great balcony. Very clean. Unexpected and great that the room was cleaned every day and the bedding and towels were changed mid-week.

Can't think of anything not to like.

Shower head kept falling off from a loose attachment.
