Pavlatos Apartments & Studios

We enjoyed our stay. Great easy communication for arrival. Big balcony on the apartment. Great views over the mountains and sea. Good value for money. Cleaning was over and beyond expected in our 9 days. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at four accommodations so far on this mini tour of Kefalonia and Ithaka. This has been the best so far and also the best value. A spacious, bright, modern studio with a terrace offering a great view accross Sami and the sea beyond. Well equipped apart from lack of toaster which the owners (who also have the "Adonis" family restaurant on the seafront which we would also recommend) was quick to remedy. A good supermarket is within a 10 minute walk and a petrol garage even closer. The studio was super clean on arrival. The coded entry system works well and alleviates the need for a key. Overall a great place to stay and would be surprised if anyone was disappointed with it bearing in mind the price we paid for our stay.

There appears to be a slight drainage issue with the building as sometimes there was a drain type odour in the bathroom, so the bathroom door was best kept closed. Also, don't know what the cleaning policy is but it would have been nice if the cleaner had come in (mainly to empty the bins) at least once during our 5 day stay. Would have given 10 all round instead of 9 if not for these minor things.

Clean, light, large studio. Modern, comfortable furniture. Fabulous views, it was lovely sitting out on the veranda in the morning having breakfast or lunch. Nice easy walk to shops, restaurants, and beach areas. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Lovely peaceful location. Clean. Had everything you could need for self catering.

The studio was big and clean, with a beautifull balcony and seaview. It's placed in a quiet area but still closed to the city. The self checkin option is great.

- The kitchen furniture it's kinda old. - The noise made late in the night by the people staying in other rooms.

It was our first time in Kefalonia and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The studio it’s in a great location and coincidentally we met the owners when we had dinner at Adinos, as they own the restaurant too. You should definitely go there if you’re staying in Sami btw.
