Хорошая локация. Не далеко от центра Тбилиси и метро. Приветливый хозяин. Всё понравилось.

Хорошие апартаменты в тихом переулке Авлабари, со всем необходимым, удобная кровать, своя кухня и ванная, имеется кондиционер. Хозяйка помогла нам и ответила на все вопросы.

Ничего. Учитывайте, что достаточно крутой подъем, если вы идете пешком от станции Авлабари. Для меня это проблемой не стало :)

Great location and comfortable little apartment. Close to metro.

This was the second time I stayed there. For that price everything is perfect.

Check out time - would be great to make it at least at 11 am.

I had my friend over for a short visit at the apartment I was renting. Nowhere in the listing or booking details was it mentioned that I was not allowed to have guests over, even briefly. While my friend was there, the house owner, who lives upstairs, suddenly came down, knocked violently on the door, and demanded that my friend leave immediately. He claimed that guests were not allowed, even though he had never informed me of this rule beforehand. I even offered to pay extra if that would resolve the issue, but my friend wasn’t even planning to stay—he was about to leave when the owner aggressively confronted us. The situation quickly escalated as the owner repeatedly insulted my friend, making us feel unsafe. At that point, I decided to leave the apartment altogether, despite having already paid for the night. While I was packing my things, my friend waited outside. I was rushing, trying to gather my belongings as quickly as possible because I was scared. Given the circumstances, I didn’t have time to clean the apartment perfectly while packing. That’s when the owner’s son came down and, out of nowhere, began brutally insulting my friend, even threatening to punch him and break his nose. This was a terrifying and completely unacceptable experience I do not recommend staying at this place. The way the owner and his son treated us was aggressive, unprofessional, and deeply unsettling. Safety should be a priority for any guest, and unfortunately, I did not feel safe here. And they didn't had bidet unlike they claim.

The owner was very rude and arrogant. He fight with us and we had called to police because of him. He was very offended and unprofessional. The old age owner and his wife were behaving I'm manner.
