1...not same price on the booking.com 2... screaming of the owner in the early morning on my face and I don't understand what he say because he don't speak English 3...the owner has 3 studio apartment in the same building and also in booking.com in different names

He's racist and impolite. He is not good at dealing with foreigners. The bathroom chair is worn out. Not suitable for foreign visitors..

Helpful owner, apartment was near city, had very good transport links and lots of supermarkets and fresh food shops nearby.

Apartment had a very small window in bathroom, kitchen and bedroom so it was depressing not having natural light. Could hear people talking and working around apartment.

Thor owners of the place were very friendly and could fix problems immediately. The place was clean and the location was good for this price. There’s small kitchen , washing machine

However I think some things can be improved, for example, Internet connection was sometimes off. I would be good to have slippers because the water in the shower stays there for a bit, it’s wet.

Good location and reasonable price. Clean.

The place have a potential to be a good budget option in Tbilisi but: The AC was not connected to electricity. The "hot" water was coming i waves of warm and cold. They had a problem with the booking price and tried to over charge me.

Our host was really kind and informative. The flat itself contains every necessity you may need during your stay. There are toothbrushes and soap prepared. The location is great, cathedral is basically 1 minute and the metro is 5 at most. Shops (even 24/7) can be found nearby. The host is very kind-hearted, patient and supportive.
