Very modern and stylish

The host done well to accommodate an earlier check in of 45 minutes which was appreciated and was quick to reply to a message regarding the use of the relax sign which was out of order. Good location. Unfortunately that is where the positives came to an end.

Very poor experience staying in what is claimed as a luxury stay. The bedroom had a very unpleasant smell which lingered for the duration of the stay. Very similar to that of a used cat litter tray. At half 11 we had messaged the host to raise an issue that we no longer had hot water while running a bath. Apologising for the late message. We engaged in conversations to try and resolve the issue. Although it was discussed that there was no need to come out to the apartment that we would wait the recommended time before trying the hot water again. The hosts were adamant about attending the property and so came to the apartment to check the issue. Upon arriving, the hosts appeared to be very agitated, they checked the hot water which was now working again due to the length of time it took for their arrival and the tank had been given the opportunity to reheat. Which you would have thought was the end of the matter. To our bemusement the hosts then threatened to kick us out of the apartment, yet also offering a refund at the same time, and called the police accusing us of being threatening, abusive and liars. Claiming we had not left the apartment and in doing so used all the hot water without giving the tank time to reheat. This was not the case and again we were called liars and asked to show uber receipts to prove we had left the apartment. After cooperating with the police and sharing our side of the story. Unsurprisingly, the police advised the hosts of no wrong doing on our part and they were asked to move on. Having now read the reviews of the property it seems the hosts are quite content on calling their guests liars and threatening them with police presence. This bizarre incident was eventually resolved after a number of hours in the early hours of the morning.

It was tastefully decorated, had lovely wee touches like soaps etc, it was nice and cosy, but most importantly, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the bedding was a lovely quality. We slept amazingly well.

I was a bit unsure on the stairs as they felt a wee bit rickety, and the wee ledge next to the bathroom door stuck out enough that we had to be very careful walking between it and the end of the bed.

Location was great, close to walk to the city centre and quiet at night. Local area has shops and bars close by. Facilities were great, easy to use and it was very comfortable.

The door broke got left stranded didn’t tell us where else we could go didn’t help at all we were 3 hrs from home too

The apartment was lovely was so clean and perfect but should have told us that the key we were given didn’t need to be used, why give us it then?

Exactly as described- no complaints

The spiral staircase may not suit everyone but was fine as long as able bodied.
