- dusty - unclean e.g. crockery had remnants of food, coffee table was covered in finger marks - sanitation system failed despite us following all instructions. Left the property a quarter of the way through our stay due to sewage spouting from the shower and no access to water - made more of an issue as we had a child younger than 6 months with us. Host agreed to communicate the cause of the issue as we confirmed we had followed all instructions regarding use of bathroom. In the end the host did not communicate but tried to charge us an extortionate amount of money.

The cleaners were still cleaning when we arrived at about 5, it wasnt a problem but if we had changed plans and needed to access the property from 3 it would have caused problems. Also the loo seat I have seen referenced still isnt fixed! :-)
GBI showed up at the property with my family only to find that the apartment was not cleaned after the previous guest’s stay. All the beddings and duvet were either messed up or left on the sofa in the living room. The towels were also all just left on the bathroom floor. Hence, I called the property owner to resolve the issue. He said it was too late to call housekeeping and I would have to find somewhere else for the night. At this point, he was reasonable enough to ensure me that a full refund will be given and I simply had to call Booking.com to process it urgently. And so I did. However, in order for Booking.com to make a full refund for me, a written confirmation of such refund needs to be made by the property owner and sent to Booking.com. Since that day, the property owner has ignored all my messages about the refund and has not been responding to Booking.com (from what the customer service agents have been telling me). The difficulty of working with Booking.com customer service is another story. Therefore, despite NOT staying in this apartment completely due to the owner’s negligence of not ensuring a properly cleaned apartment, I still am left to pay the total fee of my stay. Not much to be said about the apartment but lots to be said about the irresponsible owner that has run off with my money.

GBThe amazing, calm and quiet yet still very close to everything you need - including social part of the town. The place was clean and very modern and it had everything what we needed.
Everything was great, nothing to report.
GBLocation was excellent, when we found it. Nice sea view. Top floor, but there is a lift. Comfy beds and bedding. Two sofa beds in lounge as well.
Bunk bed room blind needs attention, to screw bracket in, so blind doesn’t fall down when pulled down. Lounge floor standing lamp doesn’t work and the written light sign needs a USB plug. Luckily we had one.
