Free Parking Sea View Brighton Beach Two Bedroom Apartment

Location, modern kitchen.

Shash window was broken causing injury to myself. Toilet seat was broken, toilet and shower were not up to my standard of cleaning. Roller blind in main bedroom was also broken. The door that leads into the eaves was broken leaving it exposed in the children's bedroom, huge safety issue!!! Not acceptable!! The lift was not big enough for a buggie. The house shook when cars drove past. The shower made a terrible noise when in use. Overall the apartment was well over priced.

The style of the building was very impressive. High ceilings, with a truly grand appearance. The internal staircase had a real majestic look and feel, all in keeping with the period. The rooms were all good, although some of the internal casement windows were ‘rattling’ in the wind - easily solved with a piece of soft tissue in the frame. The main bedroom was very comfortable, with a high standard of bedding and made for a very peaceful nights sleep. The external parking was good and right outside the building.

The bunk bed in the second bedroom had a fairly thin mattress. My eldest son struggled since he could feel the bed frame through the mattress. This was solved by him moving to the main living room and converting the sofa bed, which he tells me was superb! We had pizza using the oven, which was very easy to use and did a great job of cooking. Only small negative was that there was no baking tray or similar. Would be useful to add one in the future.

The location was good.

There was a lot of bathroom noise whilst showering and flushing and the apartment shock every time a bus went past. The blind in the bedroom was broken.

The location was great, and the parking was fantastic.

Needed some tea towels, bath mat, and not enough toilet paper.
