The current bed appears to be undersized and not sufficiently sturdy for two occupants, Cannot good sleep due to All the night getting sound from next apartment, lot of people crowded

The location is off but the property speaks for itself very nice on the inside and the staff are very nice

Loved the property perfect very central . Everyone worked fine inside perfect for a little night out with your friends and couple . The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful . Booked this property twice so far would definitely book it again .

Good location, was close to highcross shopping centre so easy to walk to.

The building itself was very grimey and smelled old and bad. The lifts were filthy. Getting to the room, it wasn't too bad. Wouldn't say it met or exceeded my expectations but its acceptable. Lacked a proper wardrobe just a open hanger area to store hang your clothes and space to put your bags etc there.

Close proximity to where we were visiting ie National Space Centre. Instructions were shared via message. Key is at front door to flat not at main entrance. Responsive host. Close by to eateries. Cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and cutlery available which were all handy.

No onsite parking as this is a large block of flats, if you don't mind parking in a car park close by then no problem. We had the WiFi password but no info on where to connect to. If you need this, ask clearly for the name as unfortunately we were not able to use it. Block has a flyover right outside so be cautious with children, located in industrial area. Feedback given to host who has now banned us from staying which is sad as only positive feedback is desired. Duvet and pillows for sofa were not in the best condition, only discovered at night unfortunately so too late to call anyone after a long day. This has potential so hopefully feedback will be taken on board.

Really clean, good cheap parking near by, smooth process checking in and great location for Mattioli arena.

Not used to being near a main road. It’s quite busy at night with traffic. No fault of the host.
