Management and staff were very cooperative. The room was very comfortable with heating and hot water availability round the clock.

Breakfast didn't include "Paratha".. 🙄

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I think rent is a little higher especially in winters when there is no utilisation of AC. There should be little arrangements of the dining table for breakfast etc.

Heating system

I booked the room for two adults and three children, and the website mentioned that breakfast was included. In the morning we were told that breakfast was only for two people. We were given four slices of bread, two cups of tea, and two egg omelettes. Breakfast itself is not a big issue, but the way this was handled felt disrespectful, especially for a family with children.
