Room cleanliness is good Bed linen are cleaned Environment is clean and fragrant.

Washroom door is out of order. Flush tank of toilet is out of order makes a smelly bathroom.

I had a comfortable stay at Bridge Residency. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities in place. The location is convenient, close to shops and local attractions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Only Upper Floor was the Wi-Fi being a bit patchy at times, but overall, a pleasant experience.

Excellent location and clean. Good value for money. Ishfaq, the gentleman who works there is very helpful. The rooms are a good size. Quiet location which is close to the main areas. This is our second time staying here and we intend to return. There were no issues related to load shedding.

The only main drawback is the small size of the washroom. It feels cramped. The small size means there is no shower curtain so it can get very wet everywhere. Shower heads need to be unblocked. No major issues and the guest house management were very helpful in resolving any concerns. We made two back to back bookings via Booking.com for successive days as we had to extend our stay. The room rate that was charged for the second night was higher than the first for exactly the same service. Not sure how that works. Greater consistency would be helpful.

Overall location excellent But no tea & coffe facilities , had to ask for toilet rolls ,

No kettle in room , Asked for tea, but the guy said none available, Worst breakfast ever , so basic just 2 toast 1 egg , Wouldn’t stay here again
