It was quiet and the bedroom was comfortable

We felt the lounge was lacking homely touches , and that the property did not match the photos on the website . There could have been more crockery available, as the property was advertised as sleeping four people. In fairness when we contacted the property letting agent , they were very willing to help .

Quiet, roomy and relaxing. Little extras provided like an iron, vacuum, washing up liquid. Loved the fact there was a washing machine and tablets provided. Wouldn’t normally wash clothes on holiday but as it was there available to use and with a grubby 9 year old in tow we took advantage of the decent weather and washed a load and then left them to dry on the airer (also provided). The little skylight upstairs was nice and when we moved the fake plant and put a cushion there our little one love ld using it as a reading nook.

The slabs at the back of the property were very loose, they could do with a bit more concrete/sand putting down to secure and the back light didn’t work. Other of these stopped us enjoying ourselves we (our 9yr old included) made sure we were very careful and took a torch with us we we went to star gaze one of the nights.

The facilities were good, the place was nice and clean and it was reasonably priced.

Some minor areas could have done with a little TLC

It was a good location with easy access to Stratford Upon Avon

I would have liked a full size ironing board

Clean, safe, lovely large interior , roomy, lovely decor and outside area

Could have a number on the door was a little tricky to find

It was welcoming
