A lovely place deceptively large downstairs. Quiet with a patio. Excellent place to stay to explore Stratford on Avon not far away.

Difficult to find off the road could do with some sort of sign you could spot, but wonderful when you are there.

Quiet and scenic. Rabbits and sheep about for kids to look at. Very open and spacious. Open lawn for kids to play on and lovely power shower.

Cotrage not numnbered, balcony had loose pavings, no high chair provided. No dustpan or brush or mop provided. No extra bun bags provided. No shampoo Showers gel or hand wash provided.

Very spacious, very quiet and peaceful and everythingwas wonderful not far from the Shakespeare marathon

Door handle fell off on entering the property and once inside got locked in and had to go out the patio doors. the patio slabs were loose and uneven Issues with cleanliness and there was a strange smell in the property

Great location nice and relaxing a few things at the property were broken or damaged which was a worry as we didn't want them to think it was us who had damaged the items.

Fantastic location with an amazing view of the countryside from the dining room. Conveniently located just outside Stratford in a quiet rural area.

Some of the houseware was not available or in poor condition. For example, there was no hair drier (though it was listed in the house description), the shower tap was really jammed and temperamental, and the cookware was scratched and rusted making it unusable. To their credit, the property managers where very polite and efficient when I called them, and quickly addressed those issues.
