The ECON at Genting Highlands

The chair dragging sound, knocking sound at 3am, spoiled our sleeping time..rooms all interconnected causing more sound from other room, can listening to what they talking, tv sound, to much expose to sounds.

The view was good.

No iron provided.Instead providing disposable sandal I think it is essential to give iron and iron board The TV channel not that good. I book studio with balcony.The reason I book studio because I want use some kitchen utensils but here they have very big cupboard but no utensils provided.5 star hotel itseems but doesn't follow the requirements at all.

Super-friendly staffs

Parking the car in 1 block and thaking lift to Level 7 to chnage to another blick tobtake lift to G floor and the repeating the same process to back from the lobby is tidious.. May be the property can think of moving the lobby on the common floor or atleadt can have a 2nd lobby.. This is important for validating that car park tickets as well..

The room is spacious. The atmosphere is unbelievable. It was foggy 24 hours. Hot water is available. There a warm swimming pool. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Its quiet and serene.

There are no cooking utensils.

It was great experience amazing views from the room balcony the hotel is very new and clean.

A hint of smell from drain

I am soo grateful as they had upgrade my stay to wyndham. It was my birthday and i am soo happy with the stay. The stay with wyndham is blisful. I am enjoying the breathful view from my balcony and having a good time

the cleanliness in the room. the curtain are dirty and the cups are not that clean. pls wash your curtains
