Basically nothing, i have never been in such hotel and situation before. Extremely dirty and uncomfortable

I check out on the second day as my child is having skin rashes and caught a fever due to the environment. Weird to find blood stain all over the floor and bed and toilet bowl as well. Bedsheet was really dirty and dusty and also the floor is full of dirt and dust. Toilet is extremely dirty that you don’t even there to step in. A lot of the facilities of the room is faulty please stay at your own risk.

the basic facilities are good. The view is far better

nothing much to comment since most of the items are good . Maybe need to explore the the route to main Genting. Might be great if can be easier

The location is convenient for those with a car, and parking is free. The staff are very informative and helpful, making sure to explain parking details to each customer

The unit I stayed in wasn’t fully clean. The floors were very sticky, and there was a foul odor when we entered the living room. Although the unit has two bathrooms, one of them also had an unpleasant smell. I booked a unit with two bedrooms, one of which had a bunk bed. However, my kids couldn’t sleep in that room because the bunk bed was shaky and unstable, with loose screws. They felt unsafe and worried it might collapse. Additionally, the water pressure was low, and there was no hot water at certain times.
