"Poor staff and cleanliness."

Location, breakfast is available, free wifi.

Photos are misleading about the cleanliness. Cupboards and drawers and the cot are really not nice. The staff who checked me in was quite rude. At check in, I double checked the price, asked to see the room before checkin, checked if the A/C and WiFi were functional. The manager staff at the reception kept telling me to stay if I wanted to stay or leave if I don’t want. Really rude. The manager was explaining that if I leave they can easily replace me with another booking etc. just found him extremely irritating and rude. I asked for an iron box, and before I could use it, they took it back and said they’d return it for me to use. I never got it back.

Asked for Water during B/f. Till my B/f got over, it was not served. Very limited options in B/f. Rooms are big. Wifi is also poor
