The windows were huge which was excellent. But there should have been grills for safety which was not there. Hence couldn’t open the window as it was extremely risky

Within easy walking distance (less than 10 minutes) from the famous Paradise restaurant, which claims to serve the world's best / most famous Hyderabadi biryani. It was amazing! Within a few minutes walk of Paradise metro station, making it easy to travel around without needing to get a taxi or auto-rickshaw. There were a number of shops within walking distance, such as the wonderful "Karachi Bakery" and "Wow! Momo".

Perhaps because I had checked in in the evening, it seemed I wasn't included on the printed guest list at the restaurant when I went for breakfast after my first night there. While I was eating and each time I returned to my table with an extra dish or drink, one by one, the staff were asking me "Are you a guest here?", "Have you not checked in yet?", "Have you already checked out?" Instead of being able to simply enjoy my breakfast, I had to try to prove to everyone that I was *really* a guest! (including showing a Booking.com reservation printout I had in my pocket). Anyway, I complained at reception, and after the 2nd and 3rd nights, breakfast went smoothly - I simply told the staff my room number and name, and they checked me off on their printed guest list.

Property is centrally located and the rooms were neat Breakfast served also decent

The accommodation was inclusive of Breakfast. The Breakfast at the Tamaind restaurant was superb and the staff very friendly.

The internet in the room is not good. Calls keep dropping off. The entry to the toilet is very tight as the toilet commode comes in the way.

Breakfast was ok, but the cutleries were not clean. Almost the same menu for 3 days we stayed. The housekeeping staff were not assisting properly. Despite having clean bedsheets and towels, they gave old stock while cleaning the rooms.
