The owner's assistant is very nice and very attentive to us.

We need to pay 600 per day/night for electricity consumption. It is not part of the rate per night reflected in booking.com. It was not disclosed prior the booking.

It was comfortable, close to SM mall. Staff was awesome.

"We never enter in the facility coz the guard said to provide QR code"

Good day, it was very bad experienced that day .. I booked for 2 bedrooms for 5 adults and 1 kid dated June 16-17, 2024 at Booking.com I paid online and you confirmed my booking. We went there in the facility at 2:oo pm to check in and the guard told us to provide QR code coming from the agent of this booking app. We have no QQ code to provide because we dont have any agent to talk to. It says here that I shoud contact or email the facility to ask for the keys but I received no reply . My sister keep calling on the landline number but got no answer since its an international landline. We keep waiting there in the waiting area for 3 hours and the worse thing was I have my 5 year old kid and a señor citizen coming with me. I was so disappointed . I told the guard if I could come inside the Maldives tower to ask what should I do but he kept on telling me that no one entertain me there cause I don't have such QR code. I am so disaapointed for the inconvinnience . I am bokked so that we could relax but that was we got so stressed and tired of waiting for nothing . We paid it and it says my booking was confirmed but we got nothing. I am asking for a refund the guard told us to ask for the refund amounting to P2,688 pesos. I hope you address this concern I keep on sending message here in your costumer support and email but I got no reply. What should we do then?

Nice and clean appartement. Located near SM Bicutan.

We had to pay 600Php for electric bills for a night. No shampoo and soap.

"It was great and had an awesome stay."

The unit is clean and has very beautiful decorations and most of all the flat-screen TV has Netflix, YouTube, etc., aircon functioning well. Terrace overlooking SLEX - main entrance gate.

We can't access the internet I don't know why even, it said connected but no internet. The spoon and fork are not complete heheh ... the staff was not responsive when we asked about the towel... but overall stay was great. Thanks.
