Hidden fees and access to their room was inadequate. There was cock roaches in the rooms. Gym was only accessible to permanent residences. I would suggest booking an actual hotel.

We had a great experience staying on the unit the bed was comfy and the airconditioning is very good..we also enjoy the fireworks display during the new year countdown.

The room itself was superb and clean!

The communication to the owner as well as the caretaker. Not that proactive.

Amenities, accomodation, ambience are all great.

Overnight parking is expensive.

No tssues, no towels, small Cockroaches in the room, no blankets provided!!

It's near the mall

For commuter it's quite far because from a jeep stop, we have to walk like 15 mins to reach the mall and extra 10 mins to reach the accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in the unit! it was maintained and clean and it was refreshing to look at. Having a property where there is a hint of beach ambiance in the middle of the city is an extraordinary experience. I felt the same experience as if we went to a real beach. I also love how the staff has accommodated our queries. Overall, satisfying and would definitely book this unit again in the future.

One worth noting is the elevators. The use of elevators was a concern as what we saw that there are only about three elevators working at the time (one in the evening) and having seen families book in the same building, it was a race between renters from using them.

We like the place and the people. Place is surrounded with what you need, near SM bicutan, convenience stores, laundry shop, restos are just downstairs. Owner and her staff are very accomodating.. Unit is so clean and fully furnished, comfortable place to stay for a family with 3 kids. Bedrooms are very nice with balcony... Ammenities are superb. The kids love the waves and the pool.
