No washing machine. No wardrobe. Sometimes doesn't have water for a few hours at sink. Maybe repairing. The front door doesn't safety enough. Owner must put door latch from inside to avoid thieves. I can see a wood filler at the door. I think maybe a thief may have entered this house before
