MYMYMYThe owner was very2 responsive & helpful 👍, house is clean, 2 rooms with 2 bathroom/toilets, location is strategic, got 1 car parking infront of the house, air conditioned, quite comfortable and affordable matched with the price offered.
The main door should be repaired as it's quite difficult to open/closed. Mattress on room one is a bit stiff, we can feel the spring when we lie on it. 😅 No mirror in the toilet, iIt would be better if owner can put one simple small mirror in the bathroom as well.
