Small but perfectly formed. So cute and used every inch of space to perfection. We had all the facilities we needed. Really comfy beds. About 5 mins to St.Erth station which is a great train & bus hub to the rest of Cornwall. Fantastic and responsive host.

The parking is quite tricky but easy to get your head round once you’ve done it a couple of times.

Great location, easy to communicate with the host and there was a parking space included. Shower water pressure was good but broke one of the days - the host was quick to fix!

No hook in the bathroom, no door to the double bedroom, no shampoo provided

Convenient location - train station 2 mins walk away. Safe, allocated parking space. Immediate access to the main road. Near by petrol station, restaurant and short drive to supermarkets and pharmacy. Separate access to your accommodation - gives convenient privacy. A very well equipped kitchen, the host even left certain groceries, sweets and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Coffee machine + spare capsules were also a nice surprise. Spacious enough for 4 to sleep comfortably. Clean beds and linen. Very good communication and very helpful host.

If I was to be picky, I'd refresh the shower base area and add some hooks/storage in the bathroom.

De zee was binnen 10 minuten te bereiken met de auto.

Veel te klein voor een gezin bestaande uit 4 volwassen. Alle ruimtes zijn krap. Je kan niet met 4 personen in het kook/eetgedeelte staan en ook niet zitten. We moesten na elkaar eten, of met 2 personen per keer. Er zijn geen stoelen in het appartement alleen 4 barkrukken waarvan je er 2 niet kan verplaatsen. Er is alleen een bankstel waar 2 personen op kunnen zitten, hooguit 3. Verder niets. Niet gezellig als je met 4 personen op vakantie bent. Het buiten zitgedeelte is niet meer dan 2 vierkante meters. Parkeren was heel lastig om de draai te maken om de weg op te kom. Het was een hele drukke weg.
